What is Limber Health?
NESS – Nevo Sports and Spine is proud to partner with Limber Health to offer Remote Care Support at select locations.
Limber is a digital therapy and home exercise program platform that can guide you through your home exercise program, supplementing your in-clinic experience. They can do this by offering video demonstrations in their app as well as assigning you a dedicated care navigator, who is a licensed PT or PTA, that is available for questions or concerns when not in the clinic.

What are the requirements for using Limber?
To use Limber, you need:
- A smartphone/ tablet (Apple, Android, etc.)
Is Limber covered by my insurance?
Currently, Limber Health is covered by Medicare insurance plans, with the majority of patients having no, or little cost for utilizing the platform. Some commercial insurance plans also cover the use of Limber Health. However, individual costs may vary based on specific insurance type. Ask your provider for more specific details.
How do I sign up for Limber?
You and your therapist will have a discussion about the use and benefits of Limber. If together you decide that you are a good candidate for the use of Limber, then they will enroll you in the platform and you will be emailed a link to sign up. Your care navigator will then call you within 24 hours to discuss your program and the app with you.
