No, we have our paperwork set up online and completely paper-free. You will receive an email with a link to your forms and you can fill them out directly on your computer, no need to print or scan anything.
If you have any relevant past imaging reports and/or CDs (MRI, X-Ray, CT, etc.) we would appreciate it if you bring these with you to your initial evaluation. Alternatively, we can send you an e-invite to our imaging server where you can upload your reports and images directly.
If you have any relevant notes from another doctor, physical therapist, chiropractor, etc., you can either upload these to your patient portal or email them to us as support@nessmed.com.
In order to allow for the most accurate examination possible, please wear comfortable clothing which does not restrict your movement.
During your initial evaluation, Dr. Nevo will do a thorough examination, go over your medical history, any symptoms, imaging and other findings. Depending on where you are experiencing symptoms, Dr. Nevo might also perform a diagnostic ultrasound to further evaluate your condition.
Upon evaluation, Dr. Nevo will discuss potential treatment plans for your specific condition. At NESS, we treat human beings...not symptoms. So, you can be assured that your treatment plan will be fully customized to you and all of the factors that have weighed into your injury/pain.
Yes, once you are set up as a patient with us, we will send you an email invitation to our secure patient portal (Elation Passport). You can also download the Elation Passport app to your phone (iOS only).
Yes, there is a parking structure in the back of the building and we validate parking for all of our patients.
